Spacious apartments, some with a large terrace or balcony, are situated in a newly renovated historical building from the 19th century, right in the heart of Brno. Private parking in the building’s courtyard, an elevator, a seating area in the courtyard and high-standard amenities ensure that your stay in Brno will be pleasant and unforgettable.

There are a total of 6 apartments, with four being 1+kk (one with a terrace) and two being 2+kk (one with a balcony). We offer the option of using a private parking lot (for 375 CZK or 15 € per night). The apartments comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 guests . Pets are allowed for a fee, and upon arrival, you will receive a small refreshment and a welcome drink. Wi-Fi is provided.

The kitchen is equipped with standard appliances and utensils – dishwasher, microwave, toaster, glass-ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, etc. In the bathroom with a shower, you will find a hairdryer and toiletries. The bedroom features a double bed (separate beds available upon request), a sofa bed, an LCD TV, and a work desk.

Thanks to their location, these apartments are an ideal choice for managers, families with children, or couples. The center of Brno, the train station, and Villa Tugendhat are within walking distance, while the Brno Exhibition Center is accessible by tram in 10 minutes.
